Send us something and we’ll give it away! It’s that easy. Make sure you send it by April 1st, 2017 and that it has your business name and object details so we can make sure and holler it all out at one of our nightly spin ins and list you correctly in the program as a door prize sponsor.
Last year we brought our first scholarship student, Devin Helmen. It went smashingly, and we’d like to build our scholarship fund so we can continue to bring talented spinners that couldn’t otherwise attend PLY Away. To do that, we’re going to hold a silent auction at PLY Away 2017 where ALL the proceeds go to the scholarship fund. The silent auction items and signage will be set up in public for several days before winners are announced. If you’re attending PLY Away, you can bring your auction item with you (as long as you arrives by Wednesday) or you can ship it by April 1st to PLY Magazine PO Box 247, Grain Valley, MO 64029. Please include details about your item and make sure we can tell who it’s from so we can make correct signage and list you correctly in the PLY Away 2017 program under Silent Auction Donators (to be listed, you must let us know by February 15th).
You provide 150 or 300 items for our goodie bags, handed out to spinners attending PLY Away (and teachers). Must be approved via email and received by February 15, 2017.
